- Free tier: 10 professional reports + unlimited trial reports (500KB limit, watermarked)
- Paid tiers: Unlimited professional reports (10MB file limit, no watermark)
- Automated file cleanup system for data security
- Email confirmation system and account management
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address and confirm it via email verification
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One account per person or organization
- Email confirmation is required to access professional report features
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Use strong passwords and keep them secure

- Exceeding file size limits (500KB for trial, 10MB for professional reports)
- Circumventing file format validation or usage limits
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Using the service for illegal activities or prohibited content
- Attempting to disrupt service availability or performance
- Automated abuse or excessive API calls without permission
5. Data Handling
5.1 File Processing
- Uploaded files are processed automatically by our NIST SP 800-22 test suite
- Files are temporarily stored in secure storage during analysis only
- All uploaded files are automatically deleted immediately after processing completion
- Generated reports are temporarily available for download with automatic expiration
- We implement automated cleanup systems to ensure no data persistence
- Processing occurs in isolated, secure environments
5.2 Data Responsibility
- You retain ownership of your uploaded data
- You are responsible for data content and legality
- Ensure you have rights to test uploaded data
- We are not liable for data loss or corruption
6. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
7. Payment Terms
- Free accounts include 1 professional report (no watermark) and unlimited trial reports (watermarked)
- Subscription fees are processed securely through Stripe and billed in advance
- Monthly subscriptions provide unlimited professional reports and renew automatically
- Annual subscriptions offer discounted rates and renew yearly
- Lifetime subscriptions provide permanent access with a one-time payment
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance to existing subscribers
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or account downgrade to free tier
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE RANDOMNESS ANALYSIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of statistical test results
- Suitability of our analysis for specific cryptographic or security applications
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
- Security of data transmission or processing

Statistical analysis results should be interpreted by qualified professionals and not used as the sole basis for critical security decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
