  • Monthly Subscription: Unlimited professional reports (10MB limit), billed monthly
  • Annual Subscription: Unlimited professional reports (10MB limit), billed annually with discount
  • Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for unlimited professional reports (10MB limit) with lifetime access

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
  • You will receive an email confirmation for each payment
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Shipping Policy

As a digital randomness analysis service, we do not ship physical products. All our services are delivered electronically:

  • NIST SP 800-22 statistical test reports are generated and delivered instantly online
  • PDF randomness analysis reports can be downloaded immediately after processing
  • Reports are temporarily stored and automatically deleted for security
  • Account access and subscription features are activated immediately upon payment confirmation
  • No physical delivery, shipping costs, or handling fees apply

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • No questions asked within the 14-day period

Refund Conditions

  • Eligible: Service outages exceeding 24 hours
  • Eligible: Technical issues preventing service use

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after cancellation

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately
  • Existing subscribers can cancel before price changes take effect
  • Lifetime plans are not subject to price increases
