- Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for unlimited professional reports (10MB limit) with lifetime access
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
- You will receive an email confirmation for each payment
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Shipping Policy
As a digital randomness analysis service, we do not ship physical products. All our services are delivered electronically:
- NIST SP 800-22 statistical test reports are generated and delivered instantly online
- PDF randomness analysis reports can be downloaded immediately after processing
- Reports are temporarily stored and automatically deleted for security
- Account access and subscription features are activated immediately upon payment confirmation
- No physical delivery, shipping costs, or handling fees apply
Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions:
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- No questions asked within the 14-day period
Refund Conditions

- Eligible: Service outages exceeding 24 hours

Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

- No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods
- Your account will revert to the free plan after cancellation
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing:
- Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
- Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately
- Existing subscribers can cancel before price changes take effect
- Lifetime plans are not subject to price increases
